Casino & Hotel hosted a heavyweight rematch between Joey “The Tank” Dawejko and Colby Madison. Meanwhile, Richmond, Virginia’s John Marshall Hall saw heavyweight Jerry “Slugger” Forrest take on Robert Hall Jr.
In San Antonio at the Boeing Center at Tech Point, Ramon “Dinamita” Cardenas (23-1, 12 KOs) showcased his power and skill, delivering a stunning second-round knockout against Rafael Pedroza (15-1, 11 KOs). Cardenas dropped Pedroza twice in the second round, marking a decisive end to the bout. The night also featured Mirco Cuello (13-0, 11 KOs) outclassing Rudy Garcia (13-1-1, 2 KOs) over ten rounds, with all judges scoring the bout 99-90 in favor of Cuello. Undefeated welterweight Freudis Rojas (12-0, 11 KOs) secured an eight-round unanimous decision over Saul Bustos (15-2-1, 8 KOs).
Philadelphia’s Event Center at Live! Casino & Hotel was the backdrop for a dominant performance by Joey “The Tank” Dawejko (26-10-4, 14 KOs) in his rematch against Colby Madison (11-6-2, 7 KOs). Dawejko controlled the bout from start to finish, landing heavy shots throughout. The eighth round was particularly eventful, with Madison being knocked down twice, solidifying Dawejko’s dominance in this one-sided affair.
Richmond’s John Marshall Hall witnessed Jerry “Slugger” Forrest (27-6-2, 20 KOs) earning a hard-fought eight-round unanimous decision over Robert Hall Jr. (14-2, 11 KOs). The judges' cards read 79-73, 77-75, and 79-73 in favor of Forrest. The night also marked the return of cruiserweight Dusty Hernandez Harrison (35-0-1, 21 KOs) after a three-and-a-half-year hiatus. Harrison made a statement by knocking out Ronald Montes (19-19-1, 17 KOs) in the third round. Super bantamweight Glenn Dezurn (17-3-1, 12 KOs) also delivered an impressive performance, stopping Ernesto Guerrero (34-39, 23 KOs) in the fifth round.
