The fight between second-generation rivals Conor Benn and Chris Eubank Jr. will cost UK viewers £21.99 on DAZN pay-per-view, while U.S. fans will pay $24.99 and much of Europe will see a 24.99 Euro price tag. Set for April 26, the matchup has been promoted as “The Next Generation Grudge Match,” playing off the storied rivalry of their fathers, Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank Sr.
Both Benn and Eubank Jr. have generated considerable publicity with their pre-fight theatrics, including an egg-related incident that led to a fine for Eubank. Even with some fans voicing concerns over paying an additional fee on top of a DAZN subscription, the bout is expected to perform well in the UK, thanks to its nostalgia factor and mainstream interest.
