Undisputed flyweight champion Gabriela Fundora (15-0, 7 KOs) will make her first main event appearance on April 19 at the Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, California, defending her four major belts against fellow unbeaten contender Marilyn Badillo (19-0-1, 3 KOs). The ten-round championship clash, promoted by Golden Boy Promotions, streams live on DAZN.
Fundora, 22, became the youngest undisputed champion in boxing last November with a seventh-round stoppage of Gabriela Alaniz, and she’s eager to build on that triumph. Meanwhile, Mexico’s Badillo, 25, fights in the U.S. for the first time and aims to capitalize on her shot at stardom in the 112-pound division.
