Arthur, a former WBO Intercontinental and Commonwealth champion, has the opportunity to become the first Englishman to win the IBO World light heavyweight title, a belt that has been held by notable champions such as Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr.
With two consecutive knockout victories under his belt, the 31-year-old boxer nicknamed "King" Arthur will fight for his chance at world title glory. In September, he secured a sixth-round TKO win against Walter Gabriel Sequeira, and in December, he impressively defeated domestic rival Joel McIntyre in just two rounds.
In the co-main event, Kane Gardner (15-2, 7 KOs) is set to face Conah Walker (11-1-1, 3 KOs) from Wolverhampton in an anticipated eight-round bout.
